The terms used in these Terms & Conditions shall have the following meanings:
a) Business Days – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
b) Consumer – An individual acting outside their business or professional capacity.
c) Digital Service – A service that allows Consumers to create, access, or share digital data or interact with digital systems.
d) Digital Content – Data delivered in digital format.
e) Order – A submitted electronic request to use services offered on enterthailand.com.
f) User – Any individual with legal capacity who uses the services of enterthailand.com.
g) User Information – All data provided by or on behalf of the user for service purposes.
h) Service Agreement – The agreement between the Operator and the User.
i) Services – Services offered via enterthailand.com, including (i) assistance with Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) applications and (ii) travel documentation support.

By using this site, you agree to these terms.
These Terms are available at any time at https://enterthailand.com/ and can be saved or printed.
Users are responsible for Internet access and a compatible device. For best performance, enable cookies and JavaScript and use updated versions of browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.
Users should use antivirus software and security measures to protect their data.
The Operator aims for maximum uptime, though 100% availability is not guaranteed.
The Operator is not responsible for third-party telecom failures or service access disruptions.
Services include support and application assistance for the Thailand Digital Arrival Card.
The Operator is not affiliated with any government agency. The fee covers professional help, application review, and submission.
Users must comply with local laws when using the service.
The Operator warrants legal authority to enter into this agreement.
You agree not to:
Copy, sell, or alter our code.
Bypass security or interfere with service.
Use the service for spam, fraud, illegal activity, or harassment.
The Operator assists in reviewing, processing, and submitting TDAC applications.
Applications are submitted via an online form and reviewed before submission.
Eligibility depends on nationality and personal data. Incomplete or unclear applications may cause delays.
Once all information is reviewed and verified, the form is submitted.
Approval confirmation is sent within 72 hours of payment.
A temporary email (e.g., passportnumber@enterthailand.com) may be used to manage submissions. Users can opt out by contacting support@enterthailand.com.
Once a decision is made, users are informed via email.
If denied, the reason is emailed to the address provided.
TDACs are delivered no earlier than 7 days before travel. Early applications will be held and processed accordingly.
Users must verify all data on the PDF received. The Operator is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information.
Apply at least 7 days in advance to avoid delays.
If a user interferes with the TDAC form (e.g., alters data or pays directly on the official portal), they are not eligible for a refund from enterthailand.com.
Denied applicants may apply again via another provider or directly through a Thai embassy or consulate.
All data submitted must be accurate. The Operator is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incorrect information.
Entry into Thailand is not guaranteed by the TDAC alone. Thai authorities make the final decision.
The agreement is governed in English.

Payments are accepted by VISA and MasterCard. Bank transfer only by prior arrangement.
Clicking “Pay and Submit Application” constitutes a formal request to initiate service.
Prices may change; users will be notified in advance of recurring fee changes.
Users confirm their payment information is accurate and authorized.
Before payment, users will see the total cost and details of the payment processor.
Users must follow the instructions provided by the payment processor.
Receipts and invoices are delivered electronically.
Digital content/service is delivered immediately after purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery is considered complete when access to the content is provided.
If not delivered, the consumer may cancel the contract after requesting fulfillment.
The user may also cancel if timely delivery is essential and was not met.
The Operator must prove that delivery occurred.
A simple written request is sufficient to initiate withdrawal.
Submit withdrawal requests to support@enterthailand.com.
Withdrawal is not permitted if:
The service has been fully completed with the user’s prior consent and acknowledgment of forfeiting the withdrawal right.
Complaints must be submitted in writing to support@enterthailand.com.
Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.
EU residents are protected under Chapter 5B of the Consumer Rights Act.
For EU disputes, users may use the ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or due to external events.
The Operator is not responsible for damages due to:
Unauthorized access
Force majeure
User error or incomplete/incorrect submissions
The Operator is not liable for lost benefits or denied entry by Thai authorities.
Operator liability is limited to the fee paid by the user.
Services are available at least 90% of the year.
Downtime due to maintenance or force majeure is excluded from this guarantee.
User data is processed in line with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.
Technical and organizational safeguards are applied.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder will still apply.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen events (e.g., pandemic, strike, natural disaster).
Both parties will cooperate to resolve delays caused by such events.
All website content, forms, logos, and brand elements are the property of the Operator.
Users will be notified of any updates to these Terms via the website homepage.
The choice of law does not affect your rights under local consumer protection laws in the EU.
Legal Notice: We are an independent, privately owned service provider with no affiliation to any government agency. Our services are limited to non-legal assistance for travel-related documentation.
enterthailand.com is a third-party service provider with no official ties to any government agency. We help users prepare and submit Thailand Digital Arrival Card applications. Our service fee includes expert assistance, document review, form submission, and applicable government charges. Please note that final approval is determined solely by the Thai government.
